Entepesi Tented Camp is an intimate and authentic safari retreat set in the heart of Kenya’s wilderness, on a peaceful 50-acre private property in Mararianta village, right on the edge of the Mara North Conservancy and just minutes from the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Surrounded by Entepesi trees — acacias in the Maasai language — and overlooking the dramatic Oloololo Escarpments, the camp blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings. Wildlife is part of everyday life here, with zebras, giraffes, impalas and even hippos often roaming freely around the camp.

With only 11 thoughtfully designed tents, Entepesi offers an exclusive safari experience where comfort meets the raw beauty of the African bush. Each tent is set on natural ground and features comfortable beds, an ensuite bathroom and 24-hour hot water, ensuring privacy and relaxation after a day of exploration.

Our philosophy is simple: to offer a genuine connection with nature without compromising comfort. From daily game drives in the Masai Mara and Mara North Conservancy to relaxed meals in our central mess tent or dinners under the stars, every detail is designed to immerse guests in the rhythm of the wild.

OUR GROUP 

Kananga is a Spanish Tour operator specialising in adventure travel throughout the African continent since 1992. As the pioneers in the Spanish Market to offer overland safaris, today it is proud to design and operate more than 55 itineraries in over 30 African countries, all of which are controlled 100% by Kananga head office in Barcelona.

Its African branch, based in Arusha, Tanzania, runs two tented camps inside the most emblematic National Parks in East Africa; Julia’s River Camp within the Masai Mara Nature Reserve in Kenya and Kananga Special Tented Camp inside the Serengeti National Park. It also operates its own logistical base; with a fleet of 22 specially adapted overland trucks for the best safari experience.
