Please Note 

For East Africa Citizens & Residents deduct 10% from the rack rate. 

The deductions can’t be accumulated. 

Should the government increase taxes or introduce new taxes the company reserves the right to modify the rates.

Seasons 

High Season: 1st Jul. to 31st Oct. / 20th Dec. to 6th Jan. Low Season: 7th Jan. to 30th Jun. / 1st Nov. to 19th Dec. Check-In time: From 12pm. Check-out time: Until 10am. 

Children and families 

Children 0-16 years old must share a tent with an adult. Children under 5 years old: free of charge 

Family rooms: available upon request. 

Max. 4 guests (or 4 plus 1 infant) with at least one child of 5- 16 years in the party. 

Payment Method 

A deposit of 50% of the total balance should be paid to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date. Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival date should be paid in full at the time of booking. 

Cancellation charges 

31 days and over: no cancellation fee. From 30 to 15 days: 50% cancellation fee. 

From 14 days and no show: 100% cancellation fee.
